RARB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,440 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, FBLIM1, and SORBS3. Each is linked with RARB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARB-to-partner and partner-to-RARB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARB versus RSU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
