The most reproducible RARB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Motor learning, Apoptotic process involved in luteolysis, and Calcium ion transport. Each is linked with RARB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARB-to-partner and partner-to-RARB results are reported.
