RARA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RARA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLN3, OPALIN, and OR8K3. Each is linked with RARA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARA-to-partner and partner-to-RARA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RLN3 grouped by RARA-low versus RARA-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
