RAPGEFL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEFL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,418 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEFL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L1, PDIA4, and RRBP1. Each is linked with RAPGEFL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEFL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEFL1 versus EPB41L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
