RAPGEFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,171 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-210P, RNA5SP414, and SAPCD2. Each is linked with RAPGEFL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEFL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-210P grouped by RAPGEFL1-low versus RAPGEFL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
