Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6504 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6504 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6504 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, MIR6504 RNA expression shows 6,156 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight MESO, STAD, and LAML as cancer lineages where MIR6504 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
