RAPGEF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,638 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2H, PCDH1, and MAPK3. Each is linked with RAPGEF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF3 versus POLR2H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
