RAP2C-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2C-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,911 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2C-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, RPS6, and TCEAL4. Each is linked with RAP2C-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2C-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2C-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2C-AS1 versus DDAH2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2C-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2C-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
