Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAP2C-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAP2C-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RAP2C-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAP2C-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAP2C-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
