Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAP2B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAP2B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RAP2B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAP2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RAP2B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
