RAP2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, NCF2, and BICD2. Each is linked with RAP2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2B versus MSN in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
