Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,487 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCK, GPNMB, and FGD2. Each is linked with RAP2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2B versus HCK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
