RAP2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ATM, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with RAP2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RAP2B-low versus RAP2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
