RAP2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,492 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein polymerization, Negative regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling, and Cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with RAP2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein polymerization grouped by RAP2B-low versus RAP2B-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
