Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,220 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPART-AS1, GNAI1, and FAM124A. Each is linked with RAP2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2A versus SPART-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
