Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1GAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,704 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1GAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSS1, CA8, and FAM174B. Each is linked with RAP1GAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GAP-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1GAP versus ACSS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1GAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1GAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
