RAP1GAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1GAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1GAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, GAPDH, and GATA6. Each is linked with RAP1GAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GAP-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RAP1GAP-low versus RAP1GAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1GAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1GAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
