RAP1GAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAP1GAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,638 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1GAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Cellular response to fatty acid, and Pattern specification involved in metanephros development. Each is linked with RAP1GAP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GAP-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Aerobic respiration grouped by RAP1GAP-low versus RAP1GAP-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1GAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1GAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
