RAP1GAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAP1GAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1GAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX53, DEFB132, and OR11H6. Each is linked with RAP1GAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GAP-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX53 grouped by RAP1GAP-low versus RAP1GAP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1GAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1GAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
