Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,754 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC6, SKA1, and TOP2A. Each is linked with RAP1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1A versus CDC6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
