RANP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,717 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLD3, PRPF38B, and USP34. Each is linked with RANP3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANP3-to-partner and partner-to-RANP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANP3 versus POLD3 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
