Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RANBP9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RANBP9 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RANBP9 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RANBP9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RANBP9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
