RANBP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,723 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, CDYL, and DBN1. Each is linked with RANBP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANBP9 versus PTK7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
