Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,044 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANBP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM13, NOL7, and MCUR1. Each is linked with RANBP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANBP9 versus SMIM13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
