Across TCGA cell cohorts, RANBP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,229 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANBP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, Regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Negative regulation of gene expression via chromosomal CpG island methylation. Each is linked with RANBP6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP6-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion grouped by RANBP6-low versus RANBP6-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
