RANBP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,212 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, ZC3H18, and EDC4. Each is linked with RANBP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP10-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANBP10 versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
