Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,329 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANBP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5B, NIP7, and AP1G1. Each is linked with RANBP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP10-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANBP10 versus CYB5B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
