Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANBP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10P21, VTRNA2-2P, and RN7SKP60. Each is linked with RANBP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP10-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10P21 grouped by RANBP10-low versus RANBP10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
