Across TCGA cell cohorts, RANBP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,920 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Viral transcription, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with RANBP10 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP10-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP10 results are reported.
