RAMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,490 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CALD1_S202, CD34, and TNXB. Each is linked with RAMP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAMP3 versus CALD1_S202 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
