Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,479 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIEZO2, NEK2, and SELP. Each is linked with RAMP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP3 results are reported.
