RAMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARF1P1, HSPD1P14, and CYP4F36P. Each is linked with RAMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARF1P1 grouped by RAMP3-low versus RAMP3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
