The most reproducible RAMP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amylin receptor 3 signaling pathway, ATP biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of protein folding. Each is linked with RAMP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP3 results are reported.
