RAMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,825 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, HSPA12B, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with RAMP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAMP2 versus KANK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
