RAMP2-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP2-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM5P1, MRPL42P6, and MIR6857. Each is linked with RAMP2-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
