RAMAC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMAC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC45A, EFL1, and AKAP13_S983. Each is linked with RAMAC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMAC-to-partner and partner-to-RAMAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAMAC versus UNC45A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
