Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAMAC RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAMAC data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RAMAC RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAMAC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and KIRC show a favorable association.
KIRP, OV, and HNSC are the cancer types where RAMAC RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
