Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,934 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAMAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGK3, RNMT, and MRGBP. Each is linked with RAMAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMAC-to-partner and partner-to-RAMAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAMAC versus SGK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
