Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAMAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,550 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMAC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA capping, tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, and Metanephric proximal tubule development. Each is linked with RAMAC in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMAC-to-partner and partner-to-RAMAC results are reported.
