RALY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALY-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD17AP8, RNU6-543P, and MIR3154. Each is linked with RALY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALY-to-partner and partner-to-RALY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABHD17AP8 grouped by RALY-low versus RALY-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALY→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
