Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,941 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion, Mitotic centrosome separation, and Centrosome separation. Each is linked with RALY in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALY-to-partner and partner-to-RALY results are reported.
