RALGDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGDS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RALGDS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGDS-to-partner and partner-to-RALGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RALGDS-low versus RALGDS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
