Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALGDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,854 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGDS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of T cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with RALGDS in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGDS-to-partner and partner-to-RALGDS results are reported.
