RALGDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALGDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, ATG4D, and KRT6C. Each is linked with RALGDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGDS-to-partner and partner-to-RALGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by RALGDS-low versus RALGDS-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
