Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGAPB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,694 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RALGAPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALGAPA2, LILRB2, and STX11. Each is linked with RALGAPB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPB-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGAPB versus RALGAPA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGAPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGAPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
