RALA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,762 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, CDK13, and FBXL18. Each is linked with RALA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALA-to-partner and partner-to-RALA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALA versus NUDCD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
