Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,221 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBRG4, EIF3B, and NUDCD3. Each is linked with RALA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALA-to-partner and partner-to-RALA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALA versus TBRG4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
