RAI14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,431 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAI14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, TAGLN, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with RAI14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI14-to-partner and partner-to-RAI14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAI14 versus PDLIM7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
