Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,857 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAI14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, SFRP4, and PDGFRB. Each is linked with RAI14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI14-to-partner and partner-to-RAI14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAI14 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
