Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAI14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with RAI14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI14-to-partner and partner-to-RAI14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by RAI14-low versus RAI14-high in LUSC.
